Newbury Park had already won two in a row and they went ahead and made it three on Friday. They came out on top against the Calexico Bulldogs by a score of 2-0.

Newbury Park easily took the first set, but they let things get interesting in the other. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-6, 25-17.

Newbury Park's win bumped their record up to 16-3. As for Calexico, they are on a nine-game losing streak (dating back to last season) that has dropped them down to 0-8.

Newbury Park wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next game, a 2-1 victory against Chico on the 12th. As for Calexico, they have also already played their next contest, a 2-0 defeat against Maranatha Christian on the 12th.
