Football Recap: Buena's Run of Four Straight Victories Now Over + How To Watch

Buena and Mountain View squared off in some playoff action on Friday, but Buena had to settle for second. They took a hard 27-8 fall against the Mountain Lions. The game marked the Colts' lowest-scoring matchup so far this season.

Colton Garrett threw for 93 yards on five of 18 attempts. Jayden Thomas was his top target, picking up 52 receiving yards. On the ground, Michael Lujan rushed for 40 yards.

Mountain View found their leader in sophomore Drake Davis, who rushed for 184 yards and two TDs while picking up 9.7 yards per carry. Davis was no stranger to the big play, turning on the jets for a run that went for 53 yards.
