Basketball Recap: Parker Takes a Loss

Parker and McCook Central/Montrose squared off in some playoff action on Thursday, but Parker had to settle for second. They took a 62-52 hit to the loss column at the hands of the McCook Central/Montrose Fighting Cougars. The Pheasants' defeat continues a trend for the squad, making it ten in a row.

Parker's loss dropped their record down to 3-18. As for McCook Central/Montrose, they are on a roll lately: they've won four of their last five matches. That's provided a nice bump to their 12-10 record this season.

Parker does not have any more games scheduled as of now. McCook Central/Montrose will get to enjoy the win for a while: their next game is against Chester at 7:00 p.m. on December 18th.
