Basketball Recap: Marist Piles Up the Points Against Christian Fenger Academy

Marist won the last time they faced Christian Fenger Academy and things went their way on Wednesday too. The RedHawks took their matchup with ease, bagging a 77-38 win over the Titans. The victory made it back-to-back wins for the RedHawks.

Charles Barnes had a dynamite game, going 6-for-11 to rack up 18 points and seven boards. Another player making a difference was Adoni Vassilakis, who shot 42% from the field on his way to 13 points and five rebounds.

Marist's victory bumped their record up to 2-0. As for Christian Fenger Academy, their defeat dropped their record down to 1-1.

Looking ahead, Marist will take on Perspectives Leadership/Technology at 3:00 p.m. on Friday. As for Christian Fenger Academy, they will look to take advantage of their home court for the first time this season as they take on Phillips at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
