Softball Recap: Bishop McLaughlin Catholic Takes a Loss

Bishop McLaughlin Catholic fell victim to Hernando and their airtight pitching crew on Wednesday. They lost 18-0 to the Hernando Leopards. The Hurricanes just can't catch a break and have now endured six losses in a row dating back to last season.

Bishop McLaughlin Catholic's defeat dropped their record down to 0-3. As for Hernando, the win was the fourth in a row for them, bringing their record for this year to 4-1.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Bishop McLaughlin Catholic will get a bit of extra time to process the loss as their next game is a ways off. They'll take on All Saints' Academy at 6:00 p.m. on March 11th. As for Hernando, they will host Nature Coast Tech at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
