Volleyball Game Preview: Marengo Panthers vs. Johnson Eagles

The Marengo Panthers will take on the Johnson Eagles at 1:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Both teams took a loss in their last game, so they'll have plenty of motivation to get the 'W'.

On Thursday, Marengo came up short against Sweet Water and fell 3-1. The defeat continues a trend for the Panthers in their meetings with the Bulldogs: they've now lost six in a row.

Meanwhile, Johnson lost 3-0 to Hatch on Thursday.

Johnson's loss dropped their record down to 2-6. As for Marengo, their defeat dropped their record down to 6-5.

Everything went Marengo's way against Johnson when the teams last played back in September, as Marengo made off with a 25-21 victory. Will the Panthers repeat their success, or do the Eagles have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
