             The Bryan Golden Bears will be staying on the road  on Thursday to face off against the Liberty-Benton Eagles at 6:00  p.m. Bryan's last three  matchups have been decided by no more than a goal, so don't be surprised if it's a close one.
 On Monday, Bryan needed a bit of extra time to put away Defiance. They won by a  goal and slipped past the Bulldogs  1-0. Give the Golden Bears' defense some credit: that's the team's fourth straight shutout.
 Meanwhile, Liberty-Benton had already won 12 in a row (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 5.3 goals) and they went ahead and made it 13 on Monday. They were the clear victor by  a  6-1 margin over the Wildcats. Considering the Eagles have won 15 matches by more than two  goals this season, Monday's  blowout was nothing new.
 Bryan has  been performing  well recently as they've  won nine of their last 12 contests,  which provided a nice bump to their 13-4-2 record  this season. As for Liberty-Benton, their victory was  their ninth straight on the road, which  pushed their record up to 18-1.
