Ashley barely beat West Brunswick the last time the pair played, but that sure wasn't the case this time around. The Screaming Eagle blew past the Trojans 10-2 on Tuesday. The Screaming Eagle might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won five matchups by seven runs or more this season.

Drew Potter was excellent, going 2-for-4 with one home run and two RBI. Another player making a difference was Tanner Berry, who scored two runs while going 2-for-4.

Ashley pushed their record up to 15-1 with the victory, which was their sixth straight on the road. The road wins came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 7.8 runs over those games. As for West Brunswick, they have traveled a rocky road recently, having lost ten of their last 11 contests. That's put a noticeable dent in their 4-11 record this season.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Ashley will square off against Laney at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday. The Buccaneers will roll in looking for their eighth straight victory, something the Screaming Eagle surely won't give up without a fight. As for West Brunswick, they will take on Hoggard at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday. The Trojans are facing the Vikings at the right time seeing as the Vikings are stuck on a six-game losing streak.
