Twin Falls waltzed into their game on Monday with five straight wins... but they left with six. They never let the Wood River Wolverines get on the board and left with a 17-0 win. The Bruins might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won five contests by seven runs or more this season.

Twin Falls got a massive performance out of Nolan Lehew, who scored two runs and stole a base while going 3-for-3. Those three hits gave Lehew a new career-high. The team also got some help courtesy of Conner Lee, who scored two runs and stole two bases while going 1-for-2.

Twin Falls was getting hits left and right and finished the game having posted a batting average of .500. They are a perfect 4-0 when they post a batting average of .375 or better.

Twin Falls pushed their record up to 8-5 with the victory, which was their fourth straight at home. The home wins came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 14.3 runs over those games. As for Wood River, the defeat snapped their winning streak at three games and leaves them with a 3-2 record.

The teams didn't have to wait long for a rematch: Twin Falls beat the Wolverines by a score of 16-2 later that day.
