Isaiah Gallegos Earns League's Top Spot

Springfield pushed their record up to 5-1 with the win, which was their fourth straight on the road. BATTERTON and Springfield will be playing in front of their home fans against Swink at 6:00 p.m. on Friday.

Mcclave Wins Sixth-Straight Thanks to Mason Barr
Mason Barr was instrumental in extending McClave's winning streak to six on Saturday. Barr was unstoppable, picking up 67 receiving yards and a touchdown, while also rushing for 95 yards. He also deserves a shoutout for his performance on D, making eight total tackles and defending a pass in addition to snagging three interceptions.
McClave pushed their record up to 6-0 with the victory, which was their eighth straight at home dating back to last season. A feisty cat fight will be fought when Cardinals faces off against Holly at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.

Ethan Bronniman's big game helped extend McClave's winning streak to six on Saturday. Bronniman was dynamite, rushing for 60 yards and two touchdowns on only eight carries, while also throwing for 144 yards and two touchdowns.
For the season, Bronniman has thrown 8 touchdowns while averaging 98 passing yards per game. That doesn't tell the whole story though: at this point last year, he was only averaging 8.83 rushing yards per game. This year he is averaging 45.83 rushing yards.
