Trinity is ranked highly in their home state and on Saturday they took on another highly ranked team in the form of Homewood-Flossmoor. The Raiders had just enough and edged out the Vikings 2-1. Winning may never get old, but the Raiders sure are getting used to it with their third in a row.

Trinity's win bumped their record up to 7-4. As for Homewood-Flossmoor, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 19-5.

Coming up, Trinity will square off against Ohio County at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Homewood-Flossmoor, they will welcome Marian Catholic at 4:30 p.m. on Monday.
