While Pulaski County put up some runs on Wednesday, the same can't be said for Somerset. The Maroons came out on top against the Briar Jumpers by a score of 4-0.

Pulaski County's win bumped their record up to 7-13-1. As for Somerset, they now have a losing record of 8-9-1.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Pulaski County will square off against Lexington Catholic at 6:00 p.m. on Friday. The last five games the Knights have played have been within two runs, so don't be surprised if it's a close one. As for Somerset, they will take on Southwestern at 6:00 p.m. on May 1.
