Carter was sadly handed a defeat on Thursday, but Damarion Boozer did his best to prevent it. Boozer made a splash, rushing for 118 yards and a pair of scores. He was dominant the last time he took on Lincoln back in November of 2024, so they probably should've seen this coming. Boozer also punched in two rushing touchdowns, which is notable because Carter is 5-1 when he posts at least two rushing touchdowns, but 1-3 otherwise.

Looking ahead, Boozer and Carter will face off against Panther Creek at 7:15 p.m. on Thursday. Boozer will face off against Shawn White, the Panthers' star rusher.
