Section 4 D Division VII recap October 8, 2013
Notre Dame added to the longest winning streak in Section 4 D Division VII this week by beating Moravia, 48-24. The win marks fourth in a row for the the Crusaders.
Groton moved up to 219 from 261 in the state rankings this week, the biggest jump in the league. The Indians climbed the ranks as a result of defeating Watkins Glen 48-18.
The top two teams in the league will face off this week when first place Notre Dame takes on second place Groton.

Spencer-Van Etten was the team that gained the most ground in the standings this week, jumping from fifth to third in Section 4 D Division VII. The Panthers beat Odessa-Montour 28-0 earlier in the week.
