Soccer Recap: Battle Mountain Comes Up Short

Battle Mountain was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their eighth straight defeat. They came up short against the Pershing County Mustangs, falling 3-0. The match was a close 1-0 at the break, but unfortunately for Battle Mountain it sure didn't stay that way.

Battle Mountain's loss dropped their record down to 1-11. As for Pershing County, the win was the third in a row for them, bringing their record up to 6-7-3.

As of now, neither Battle Mountain nor the Mustangs have any future games scheduled.
