McIntosh's game on Friday was all tied up 1-1 at the half, but luckily for them it didn't stay that way. They came out on top in a nail-biter against the Whitewater Wildcats, sneaking past 2-1. The victory was nothing new for the Chiefs as they're now sitting on three straight.

McIntosh's win bumped their record up to 3-0. As for Whitewater, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 0-2.

McIntosh didn't take long to hit the pitch again: they've already played their next matchup, a 7-0 victory against Woodward Academy on the 18th. Whitewater will have a little extra prep time after the loss as they won't be playing again for a while. They'll take on Landmark Christian at 8:00 p.m. on February 25th.
