Volleyball Recap: Collegiate's Victory on Tuesday Extends Winning Streak to Three

Collegiate had already won two in a row and they went ahead and made it three on Tuesday. They blew past the Trinity Episcopal Titans 3-0. That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won 3-0 two weeks ago.

While Collegiate won a shutout, things came down to the wire in the second set they played. The final score came out to 25-20, 25-23, 25-14.

Isabelle Brabrand paced Collegiate's offense, picking up 12 kills. Brabrand got some help from Makenzie Weiss and her 19 assists.

Collegiate's record is now 12-6. As for Trinity Episcopal, their loss was their third straight at home, which dropped their record down to 2-9.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming contests. Collegiate will face off against Norfolk Academy at 3:30 p.m. on Friday. As for Trinity Episcopal, they will square off against Veritas School at 5:45 p.m. on Thursday.
