Basketball Recap: Bourbon Comes Up Short

Bourbon was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their 13th straight loss. They took a 53-37 bruising from the Grandview Eagles. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Eagles this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 60-47 two weeks ago.

Bourbon's defeat dropped their record down to 2-17. As for Grandview, the win made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 4-13.

Coming up, Bourbon will welcome Liberty Christian Academy at 7:00 p.m. on Monday. As for Grandview, they wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next game, a 57-35 loss against St. Vincent on the 14th.
