Volleyball Recap: Avery Garcia Leads a Balanced Effort to Beat Hanks

After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Centennial, Santa Teresa was happy to have turned things around on Saturday. They came out on top against the Hanks Knights by a score of 3-1.

Santa Teresa got their victory on the backs of several key players, but it was Avery Garcia out in front who had nine digs and four assists. Those four assists gave Garcia a new career-high.

The win got Santa Teresa back to even at 3-3. As for Hanks, they are on a six-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 3-13.
