Softball Recap: S & S Consolidated Beats Pottsboro for Their 14th Straight Victory

S & S Consolidated won against Leonard last Friday with 16 runs and they decided to stick to that run total again on Tuesday. Everything went the Rams' way against the Pottsboro Cardinals as they made off with a 16-0 win. The Rams might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won ten matchups by nine runs or more this season.

The victory keeps S & S Consolidated at an undefeated 14-0. Those wins came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they've averaged 11.8 runs this season. As for Pottsboro, they dropped their record down to 4-13-1 with the defeat, which was their 14th straight at home dating back to last season.

We've got plenty of inter-district action coming up soon. S & S Consolidated is set to take on their familiar foe Bells at 6:30 p.m. on Friday.
