ARMANDO BEJARANO put up the most strikeouts he's had since back in March on Thursday. He pitched seven innings while giving up just two earned (and one unearned) runs off six hits, good enough for us to rate the performance as the best he's had all season long. He has been nothing but reliable on the mound: he hasn't given up more than two walks in four consecutive appearances.
