Softball Recap: Lutheran Lions vs. Discovery Canyon Thunder
Lutheran had already won seven in a row (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 9.1 runs), and they went ahead and made it eight on Monday. They blew past the Discovery Canyon Thunder 11-1. Considering the Lions have won eight games by more than five runs this season, Monday's blowout was nothing new.

Perhaps unsurprisingly given the score, Lutheran hit smart and finished the game with only one strikeout. That strong performance was nothing new for the team: they've now struck out at most four strikeouts in eight consecutive matches.
