Football Recap: Merrimack Takes a Loss

Merrimack blew Alvirne out of the water the last time the pair played, but on Friday Alvirne got their revenge. The Tomahawks fell just short of the Broncos by a score of 28-26. The close matchup was extra heartbreaking for the Tomahawks, who almost overcame a 22 point deficit.

This is the second loss in a row for Merrimack and nudges their season record down to 4-4. As for Alvirne, the win was the third in a row for them, bringing their record up to 4-5.

As of now, neither Merrimack nor the Broncos have any future games scheduled.
