Basketball Recap: McQueen Takes a Loss

McQueen lost against Davis-Romoth back in February of 2024, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Friday. The McQueen Qavviks were beaten by the Davis-Romoth Wolves 71-41. The Qavviks were in a tough position after the first half, with the score already sitting at 50-26.

Davis-Romoth's victory was a true team effort, with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Brooklyn Hingsbergen, who posted 21 points. Ella Ticket was another key player, putting up 18 points.

McQueen now has a losing record of 1-2. As for Davis-Romoth, the win (which was their third in a row) raised their record to 7-1.

McQueen does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Davis-Romoth, they and Kiana will face off at 12:30 p.m. on Saturday without much rest, having both just played.
