Basketball Recap: CAM Comes Up Short

After flying high against Nodaway Valley last Tuesday, CAM came back down to earth. The CAM Cougars took a 60-53 hit to the loss column at the hands of the IKM/Manning Wolves on Monday. If the Cougars were looking for revenge after losing 46-44 to them when the teams met back in February of 2022, then they'll just have to keep looking.

CAM's defeat dropped their record down to 12-11. As for IKM/Manning, the victory made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 12-10.

CAM does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for IKM/Manning, they will square off against Ar-We-Va on Thursday. One thing working in Ar-We-Va's favor is that they have posted at least 55 points in their last seven games.
