Volleyball Recap: Skyline's Undefeated Season over After Three Games

Skyline was the 2-0 winner over Stafford when they last played one another back in October of 2024, but their luck changed this time around. The Thunderbirds fell 2-0 to the Trojans on Saturday. The loss put an end to the Thunderbirds' undefeated start to the season.

While Skyline had to settle for second, they sure made a game of it, scoring at least 19 points in every set they played. The final score came out to 25-20, 25-19.

Having lost for the first time this season, Skyline fell to 1-1-1. As for Stafford, their win (their first of the season) made their record 1-3.

Coming up, Skyline will look to defend their home court on Saturday against Sterling at 9:00 a.m. As for Stafford, they have already played their next contest, a 2-0 loss against Cunningham on the 2nd.
