 Buena's game  in their second game  on Saturday was a tough loss, but they didn't let that memory haunt them  on Tuesday. They came out on top against the Pacifica Tritons by a score of  7-4. That's more bragging rights for Buena, who also won the pair's last head-to-head.
 Buena got a great performance from  Olivia Bossoletti as she  struck out eight batters over  six innings while giving up just one earned  (and three unearned) runs off   three  hits.
 At the plate,  Isabella Rodriguez was  incredible,  going 3-for-4 with four  RBI and a  double.  Madison Shay was another key contributor,  scoring three  runs while going 3-for-3.
 On Pacifica's side, they saw six different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was  Melissa Garcia, who  scored a  run while going 1-for-4. Another player making a difference was  Mia Hall, who  scored a  run while  getting on base  in three of her four plate appearances.
 Buena's win bumped their record up to 6-12. As for Pacifica,  this is  the second loss in a row for them and  nudges their season record down to 4-14.
 Buena will have a chance to go back-to-back against Pacifica: the pair's next game is a rematch scheduled  at 3:30  p.m.  on Friday.
