Football Recap: Blanche Ely Takes a Loss + How To Watch

Blanche Ely came into this matchup off a tough 47-point loss last Friday. This time they kept things ultra-competitive, but unfortunately the final result was the same. They fell just short of the Piper Bengals by a score of 15-12 on Saturday. The Tigers were not able to make up for their defeat to the Bengals from their previous meeting back in September of 2024.

Jahnard Young was his usual excellent self, rushing for 207 yards and two touchdowns while picking up 8.6 yards per carry for Piper. With that strong performance, Young is now averaging an impressive 106 rushing yards per game.

Blanche Ely's loss dropped their record down to 2-2. As for Piper, their win bumped their record up to 2-3.

Meanwhile, Piper (ranked 190th) will meet Coral Springs (ranked 483rd) at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
