Soccer Game Preview: Bingham vs. Lone Peak

The Bingham Miners will challenge the Lone Peak Knights at 9:00 a.m. on Tuesday. Both come into the matchup bolstered by wins in their previous matches.

Bingham is on a roll after a high-stakes playoff matchup on Friday. They never let Davis get on the board and left with a 2-0 victory. The win made it back-to-back victories for Bingham.

Meanwhile, Lone Peak faced Riverton in a battle between two of the state's top teams on Thursday. The Knights came out on top against the Silverwolves by a score of 2-0. Winning may never get old, but Lone Peak sure are getting used to it with their eighth in a row.

Caden Shin and Crozier Zabriskie scored both of Lone Peak's goals, bringing their combined season tally to 11 goals.

Lone Peak pushed their record up to 17-2 with the win, which was their sixth straight at home. As for Bingham, their victory bumped their record up to 9-7.
