You're bound to get a positive result if you outscore your opponent every quarter, and that's exactly how it played out for Columbia Adventist Academy on Thursday. They strolled past the Pe Ell Trojans with points to spare, taking the game 64-50. The Kodiaks haven't had any issues with the Trojans recently, as the game was their eighth consecutive win against them.

Despite the loss, Pe Ell still got an impressive performance from Jakob Hayes, who almost dropped a double-double on 15 points and nine rebounds. The dominant performance also gave Hayes a new career-high in assists (four). Another player making a difference was Eli Mason, who posted nine points and four steals.

Columbia Adventist Academy pushed their record up to 16-2 with the victory, which was their fourth straight on the road. As for Pe Ell, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 9-11.
