Basketball Game Preview: Windsor Yellowjackets vs. Brattleboro Bears

Windsor and Brattleboro are an even 4-4 against one another since February of 2015, but not for long. The Windsor Yellowjackets will look to defend their home court on Thursday against the Brattleboro Bears at 7:00 p.m.

Windsor took on Woodstock. in a bug-themed battle on Monday. Windsor was outmatched by Woodstock and fell 84-39.

Meanwhile, you can't lose the game if you win every quarter, and that was precisely Brattleboro's strategy against Mount Greylock Regional on Monday. Everything went Brattleboro's way against Mount Greylock Regional as Brattleboro made off with a 57-36 win. The Bears pushed the score to 48-28 by the end of the third, a deficit the Mounties had little chance of recovering from.

Brattleboro's win came from a few key players Windsor will need to keep an eye on. One of the most notable was John Satterfield, who went 6 of 10 on his way to 14 points. The team also got some help courtesy of Hudson Smith, who dropped a double-double on 12 points and ten rebounds.

Windsor skirted past Brattleboro 68-65 in their previous meeting back in January. Will Windsor repeat their success, or does Brattleboro have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
