American Heritage had already won four in a row (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 5.3 goals) and they went ahead and made it five on Saturday. They never let the Gulf Coast Sharks onto the board and left with an 8-0 win. The result was nothing new for the Patriots, who have now won eight matchups by three goals or more so far this season.

Their offense was hitting Gulf Coast from everywhere, as six different players booted in a goal. RACHEL KESSLER led that balanced group of strikers and accounted for two goals all by herself.

American Heritage's victory was their fourth straight at home, which pushed their record up to 12-1. The wins came thanks to their defensive effort, having only given up one goal over those four games. As for Gulf Coast, they have traveled a rocky road recently having lost 12 of their last 13 contests, which put a noticeable dent in their 3-14-1 record this season.
