Basketball Recap: Windsor Charter Academy Victorious + How To Watch

Windsor Charter Academy won against SkyView Academy on Tuesday with 75 points and they decided to stick to that point total again on Friday. The Firebirds came out on top against the DSST: Cedar Falcons by a score of 75-62. The Firebirds haven't had any issues with the Falcons recently, as the game was their fourth consecutive win against them.

Dayton Long was nothing short of spectacular: he dropped a double-double with 24 points and 12 rebounds. His evening made it three games in a row in which he has scored at least 24 points. Another player making a difference was Andrew Schams, who posted 13 points.

Windsor Charter Academy smashed the offensive glass and finished the game with 15 offensive boards. That's the most offensive rebounds they've posted since back in January.

DSST: Cedar lost despite a true team effort on offense. The best among them was Same Mehari, who dropped a double-double with 15 points and 12 boards. Bowen Tieperman was another key player, putting up 11 points along with seven rebounds and three blocks.

Windsor Charter Academy's victory bumped their record up to 2-0.

Coincidentally, Windsor Charter Academy and DSST: Cedar will both be playing Denver Christian the next time they take the court. The Firebirds will head out to face the Thunder at 3:00 p.m. on Saturday, while the Falcons will head out to face them at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
