Baseball Recap: Loogootee Comes Up Short

Monday just wasn't the day for Loogootee's offense. They lost 15-0 to the Forest Park Rangers on Monday. The Lions haven't had much luck with the Rangers recently, as the team has come up short the last seven times they've met.

Loogootee's defeat dropped their record down to 2-11. As for Forest Park, their win ended a three-game drought on the road and puts them at 7-6.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Loogootee will square off against Mitchell at 5:30 p.m. on Thursday. As for Forest Park, they will venture away from home to take on North Posey at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
