Multiple players turned in solid performances to lead John F. Kennedy to victory, but perhaps none more so than Sebastian Andrade, who scored 13 points along with four steals. Jaylon Hudson was another key contributor, scoring 14 points along with seven rebounds and three steals.
San Antonio Memorial's defeat was their 15th straight on the road, which bumped their record down to 0-18. As for John F. Kennedy, they are on a roll lately: they've won ten of their last 13 contests, which provided a massive bump to their 16-14 record this season.
Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. San Antonio Memorial will take on La Vernia at 6:30 p.m. on Friday. As for John F. Kennedy, they will head out on the road to challenge Young Men's Leadership Academy at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Young Men's Leadership Academy has been getting the ball to fall more lately as they've increased their point totals each of their last four games.
