Volleyball Recap: SA Roosevelt Victorious

SA Roosevelt saw some tournament action on Thursday. They came out on top against the Somerset Bulldogs by a score of 2-0.

Chelsea Amanquah paced SA Roosevelt's offense, picking up seven kills. Amanquah got some help from Julia Le and her 11 assists.

SA Roosevelt's victory bumped their record up to 8-12. As for Somerset, they have traveled a rocky road recently, having lost four of their last five contests. That's put a noticeable dent in their 6-7 record this season.

SA Roosevelt has already played their next matchup, a 2-0 win against Corpus Christi Moody on the 28th. As for Somerset, they also didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next game, a 2-0 loss against Southwest on the 28th.
