Basketball Recap: Olpe Makes It Eight in a Row at Home

There's no place like home for Olpe, who bounced back after a loss on the road last Monday. They came out on top against the Little River Redskins by a score of 78-66 on Friday. That result was just more of the same for these two, as the Eagles also won the last time the pair played back in March of 2021.

Little River lost despite a true team effort on offense. The best among them was Logan Renken, who to rack up 21 points. Another player making a difference was Jaren Garrison, who on his way to 22 points.

Olpe's win was their eighth straight at home, which pushed their record up to 19-2-1. Those victories came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 66.4 points over those games. As for Little River, their loss dropped their record down to 13-6.
