Seffner Christian found their leader in underclassman Mekhi White, who scored 13 points along with nine rebounds and five steals. White continues to roll, besting his previous point total in each of the last three games he's played. Another player making a difference was Cameron Knox, who scored 18 points.
Winthrop College Prep Academy's win bumped their record up to 7-3. As for Seffner Christian, they are on a roll lately: they've won four of their last five matches, which provided a nice bump to their 6-2 record this season.
This contest is one where the number of possessions is likely to be a big factor: Winthrop College Prep Academy have been smashing the glass this season, having only averaged 31 rebounds per game. However, it's not like Seffner Christian struggles in that department as they've been averaging only 37.1 rebounds per game.
