Volleyball Recap: Tintic Comes Up Short

Tintic and Monticello squared off in some playoff action on Saturday, but Tintic had to settle for second. They fell just short of the Buckaroo by a score of 2-1. If the Miners were looking for revenge after losing 3-0 to the Buckaroo when the teams met back in October of 2021, then they'll just have to keep looking.

This is the second loss in a row for Tintic and nudges their season record down to 20-11. As for Monticello, their record now sits at 16-10.

Tintic does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Monticello, they wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next match, a 2-1 loss against Valley on the 25th.
