Volleyball Recap: Tintic Takes a Loss

Tintic and Monticello squared off in some playoff action on Saturday, but Tintic had to settle for second. They fell just short of the Buckaroo by a score of 2-1. The result was an unpleasant reminder to the Miners of the 3-0 defeat they experienced in the pair's previous head-to-head fixture back in October of 2021.

This is the second loss in a row for Tintic and nudges their season record down to 20-11. As for Monticello, their victory bumped their record up to 16-10.

Tintic does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Monticello, they will take on Valley at 10:15 a.m. on Saturday.
