Softball Recap: Lakeshore Gets the Win

Lakeshore put their dominant pitchers on display in the team's third consecutive shutout on Wednesday. Their pitchers stepped up to hand the St. Joseph Bears a 10-0 shutout. Considering the Lancers have won 23 matchups by more than five runs this season, Wednesday's blowout was nothing new.

Lakeshore's win bumped their record up to 29-4. As for St. Joseph, they are on an eight-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 4-13.

Coincidentally, Lakeshore and St. Joseph will both be playing Berrien Springs the next time they take the field. The Bears will host the Shamrocks on Saturday, while the Lancers will play them later in the day, at 10:00 a.m.
