Bellevue is 8-2 against Columbian since April of 2018 and they'll have a chance to extend that dominance on Wednesday. The Redmen are taking a road trip to take on the Tornadoes at 4:45 p.m. The last three games Bellevue has played have been within two runs, so don't be surprised if it's a close one.

Bellevue couldn't beat Huron on Tuesday even though they stacked four runs on them in the fifth inning. The Redmen fell just short of the Tigers by a score of 6-4. Redmen fans who chose to attend the game sure picked the wrong one: it was the first time the team has lost against the Tigers since Tuesday.

Meanwhile, Columbian lost 10-1 to Findlay on Tuesday. The Tornadoes have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Columbian saw three different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Kael Lawerence, who went 1-for-3 with two stolen bases and one run.

Bellevue's defeat dropped their record down to 7-5. As for Columbian, their loss dropped their record down to 3-9.

Bellevue was able to grind out a solid victory over Columbian in their previous matchup on April 9th, winning 5-2. The rematch might be a little tougher for the Redmen since the team won't have the home-field advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
