Baseball Recap: Grayling Comes Up Short

Grayling's last matchup with Harbor Springs could've gone either way, but unfortunately the same can't be said for the pair's game on Friday. The Vikings came up short against the Rams, falling 15-2. The Vikings were not able to make up for their loss to the Rams from their previous meeting back in May of 2024.

Grayling's defeat dropped their record down to 7-4. As for Harbor Springs, they moved to 4-5 with that win, which also ended their four-game losing streak.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Grayling will venture away from home to challenge Kingsley at 4:15 p.m. on Monday. The Stags will roll in looking for their seventh straight victory, something the Vikings surely won't give up without a fight. As for Harbor Springs, they will square off against Elk Rapids at 4:15 p.m. on Monday.
