Walters barely beat Konawa the last time the pair played, but that sure wasn't the case this time around. The Blue Devils never let the Tigers get on the board and left with a 10-0 win on Thursday. Considering the Blue Devils have won 12 contests by more than six runs this season, Thursday's blowout was nothing new.

Walters has been performing incredibly well recently as they've won seven of their last eight matchups. That's provided a nice bump to their 16-7 record this season. The victories came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered 2.4 runs on average over those games. As for Konawa, their defeat was their third straight at home, which dropped their record down to 20-10.

Walters didn't take long to hit the field again: they've already played their next game, a 4-1 win against Merritt on the 8th. Konawa does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
