Basketball Recap: Grace Academy Takes Down Salisbury Christian in a Playoff Battle

With a playoff win on the line, Grace Academy rose to the challenge on Tuesday. They strolled past Salisbury Christian with points to spare, taking the game 69-51. The Knights' offense stepped up their game for this one, as that was the most points they've scored all season.

Carson Feeser continued his habit of posting crazy stat lines, almost dropping a double-double with 30 points and nine assists. That makes it five consecutive games in which he has scored at least a third of Grace Academy's points. The team also got some help courtesy of Hunter Heffner, who went 6-for-9 on his way to 14 points.

Grace Academy smashed the offensive glass and finished the game with ten offensive boards. That strong performance was nothing new for the team: they've now pulled down at least eight offensive rebounds in nine consecutive matches.

Grace Academy has been performing well recently as they've won three of their last four contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 9-10 record this season. Those victories came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 56.8 points over those games. Salisbury Christian is on an eight-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 1-17.
