It's playoff time, and Pike County had no trouble coming through when it counted. Everything went their way against the Sonoraville Phoenix on Monday as they made off with an 8-1 win. The result was nothing new for Pike County, who have now won 18 games by three goals or more so far this season.

Their offense was hitting Sonoraville from everywhere, as six different players booted in a goal. Jaycee Fillingim led that balanced group of strikers and accounted for two goals all by herself.

Pike County's victory was their fifth straight at home, which pushed their record up to 19-2. The home wins came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they scored 40 goals over those five matches. As for Sonoraville, their loss dropped their record down to 14-4.

As of now, neither Pike County nor the Phoenix have any future games scheduled.
