Manual Arts skates past West Adams with ease

The Manual Arts Toilers stacked a 16th blowout win onto their ever-increasing hoard on Friday. They breezed by West Adams at home to the tune of 94-34. The win was familiar territory for Manual Arts who now have six in a row.

Devin Moody continued his habit of posting crazy stat lines, scoring 35 points along with nine rebounds and six steals. That makes it four consecutive games in which he has scored at least a third of Manual Arts' points. Kyle Castillo was another key contributor, scoring 20 points along with six rebounds and two steals.

Manual Arts has been performing incredibly well recently as they've won 15 of their last 16 matchups, which provided a nice bump to their 22-2 record this season. As for West Adams, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 10-14.

Manual Arts won't have much time to rest: their next match is against Sylmar at 1:30 p.m. on January 27th. Sylmar will have to bring their A-game into this one, as they are staring down a pretty big deficit in the MaxPreps California Rankings (they are ranked 643rd, while Manual Arts is ranked 301st). As for West Adams, they will head out on the road to take on Los Angeles at 4:30 p.m. on Monday. Los Angeles will be looking to extend their current three-game winning streak.
