Basketball Recap: Paoli Extends Winning Streak to Four

Paoli waltzed into their game on Friday with three straight wins... but they left with four. They came out on top against the Orleans Bulldogs by a score of 59-46. For the Rams, this counts as revenge for the 49-36 victory the Bulldogs walked away with the last time they faced one another back in February of 2024.

Orleans lost despite a true team effort on offense. The best among them was Alex DeWitt, who went 7-for-13 to rack up 14 points and eight boards. He is also on a roll when it comes to field goal percentage, as he's posted one of at least 54% in the last four games he's played. Nate Brown was another key player, putting up eight points along with six assists and five rebounds.

Paoli pushed their record up to 16-2 with the win, which was their third straight on the road. As for Orleans, their defeat was their first in the conference, dropping their conference record down to 4-1 and their overall record down to 14-3.

Coming up, Paoli will look to defend their home court on Tuesday against Mitchell at 7:30 p.m. As for Orleans, they won't have much time to rest: their next contest is against Edgewood at 7:30 p.m. on Saturday. Edgewood has been dominant on offense recently, having racked up an incredible 177 points over their last three matches.
