Basketball Recap: Avant Garde Academy Takes a Loss

Avant Garde Academy lost against Jewish Culture back in December of 2023, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Monday. The Avant Garde Academy Sharks took a 49-43 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Jewish Culture Lions.

Avant Garde Academy now has a losing record at 2-3. As for Jewish Culture, the win was the fourth in a row for them, bringing their record for this year to 10-1.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Avant Garde Academy will venture away from home to challenge MAST Academy at 5:30 p.m. on Thursday. As for Jewish Culture, a feisty cat fight will be fought when the Jewish Culture Lions challenge the Cushman Cougars at 5:00 p.m. on Wednesday.
