Softball Recap: King's Academy Takes a Loss

Monday just wasn't the day for King's Academy's offense. They lost 15-0 to the Dillon Christian Warriors on Monday. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Warriors this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 3-0 back in February.

King's Academy's loss dropped their record down to 0-2. As for Dillon Christian, they pushed their record up to 6-2 with the victory, which was their fifth straight at home dating back to last season.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. King's Academy will get a bit of extra time to process the defeat as their next game is a ways off. They'll take on Atlantic Collegiate Academy at 6:30 p.m. on April 25. As for Dillon Christian, they will face off against Carolina Academy at 4:30 p.m. on Thursday.
